Professional Experience
Worked as a data analyst on the Malware Research Project which consisted of cleaning up, refining, and analyzing the data collection to identify trends among data points.
Greeted customers and ascertained what each customer wants or needs, and answered questions regarding store or merchandise.
Responded to customer part requests by pulling purchased parts from inventory or ordering parts from warehouse. Assisted in training new employees.
